I made an appointment at 1pm and did hair cut , rebonding and treatment with senior hair stylist Ann. She 's really patient and handle my hair very professional. Finally , my hair very soft , sliky and straight which i wanted. Thanks to her and her assistant. (Review approved by Beauty Undercover)

She was so polite and went through the price list with me and confirmed what I wanted, even suggesting what treatment based on my hair. Although there was very minimal language barrier, she managed to pull off what I was hoping to leave the salon with! Had a tough time finding a salon after traumatic previous salon experiences, but this might be the salon ill be frequenting in the near future. I really like that Yuna takes extra care into deciding what hairstyle suits me best and the attention to detail when she cuts my hair. I visited protrim hair salon@Jem before. The overall experience is quite decent but I am surprise they will ask u whether u want to use scalp(better) shampoo during hair wash for additional charge of $5. I dont understanding why they have this type of service.
