Only the best service at Chez Vous — this is my third time at Chez Vous Private Space. My stylist, Mogan, gave me lots of haircare tips that I never knew about and advised me on how I can revive my damaged hair. There are so many IG-worthy drinks, and the high tea set took it to another level. After going to Chez Vous Private Space, I don’t think I can return to a regular salon again. My experience at the hideaway is always great. My stylist was Micheal, he took great care of me by listening carefully to me and making good suggestions on what to do with my hair. He always made sure I was well informed and that I was comfortable. This is the only hair salon that offers a 10 minutes massage on a massage chair before an appointment, they also provide a hand massager as well which was great. I also appreciated that their towels were warm and their drinks were delicious. I'm not really chatty and I appreciated there weren't a lot of small talks. Even when they wash hair is great as well since they also do a scalp massage. I will be moving to another country soon but I know when I do come back for a visit, I will definitely come back to Chez vous for an appointment. (Review approved by Beauty Undercover)

I couldn't be happier with my new hairdo! Seriously, words cannot express how much I love it. I just know that when I see my girls again, they are going to be begging me to have their hair done just like mine. TLDR - Chez Vous Hideaway Good stylist & technician but falls short on the heavily advertised add-on services. If you are not a regular or influencer, please bring your own water & snacks if you are doing 2 or more services. I rate salon itself as only 2 stars. All my stars solely belong to the wonderful service from Michael & his assistant! Excellent recommendations and great customer service! I didn't see the both of them take break at all over the 4 hours Salon falls short in the add-on services they advertise themselves on. Do not believe everything you read here on Google reviews. I'm writing as a 1st time customer who is not a glamorous influencer, just your regular next door neighbour. Lots of recent reviews with beautiful ladies sporting instagrammable hair photos saying that there is hand massage which I'm not administered. Also oxygen bar is missing - nothing said about it on arrival. Suggest to remove from your website if you not offering that? I think these add ons that you provide need to be consistent across customers, not just for your influencers or for marketing purposes. I think you are very packed during this period, will be nice to have a dedicated staff maybe receptionist check whether the customers need a top up of drinks after being stuck in the salon for more than 4 hours. This can free up your busy hairstylists and technicians to concentrate on doing their jobs well. 1 small cup of water definitely cannot last a person for 4 hours so when reviews come with beautiful pictures mentioning free flow of drinks n pictures of 3-4 snacks, please know this is not true in reality & definitely not offered to the average customer like me. I'm not expecting premium service but do bear in mind your average female customer is in the chair for 3-4hrs for hair services so these little mercies checking if they are thirsty or hungry will help. I’ve been living in Singapore for two years now and have been consistently happy with my cuts and keratin treatments at Chez Vous Hideaway. I made the mistake of going elsewhere recently while on holiday, and had to go back to Chez Vous to have them fix my hair - I will never make that mistake again! I absolutely enjoyed the scalp treatment by Virene! I had a great time relaxing in the private room! The masaage was so good, the techniques used after the scan and the process of the treatment was really enjoyable! They also have a drinks menu that is amazing, theie teas were so delish! I was recommended to Chez Vous Hideaway by my daughter some time back. Since then, I have been exclusively going to this salon. Others just pale by comparison. I've had my hair permed by Oscar Lee and hair cut and coloured by Jessie Wong. The services rendered were exemplary and my hair always turned out looking great. I highly recommend this salon. Loved the gentle cutting and styling that Michael did for me; he has such a soothing presence and approach. Gave an awesome head massage too! Had an amazing first time here at Chez Voys: HideAway and I was really amazed and blown away by the professional service! My hairstylist was Michael, and I had a-few requirements that were not so straightforward with how I wanted my new hairstyle to look but he was able to achieve it the way I wanted ! Also I felt comfortable throughout and the best thing about this salon is that there are no hard-selling of packages or pushy selling of products you don’t need. My stylists are Oscar and Jessie at Hideaway. Really great listeners and they tweak their suggestions according to my situation and wants, which I really appreciate. Every time I leave the salon, I feel so much better knowing that when my hair grows out, it still looks great from their styles of the cut. I have been a client of Kelly for a year now and really appreciate her skills so that a busy mother like me can have a nice yet easy to manage hairstyle(including curls). However, this is my first time visiting the salon on a Sunday and I realised the salon doesnt switch on the aircon until 3pm. While the salon is located at the office tower of Ngee Ann city, I don’t think this is acceptable. Kudos to all the hairstylists and staff working under such condition. I absolutely love the service at Chez Vous Hideaway. Each time I visit, there’s complimentary massage at the waiting area and they’d always serve nice tea + little cakes. The hair done/cut by Kelly was always beautiful and suited for me. The dye used are gentle for my sensitive skin as well. Loved everything about my second experience at Chez Vous! They do a fantastic job of putting the customer at ease and focus on total relaxation from head to toe (literally because they have massage chairs which you can enjoy 15 minutes before or after your treatment) throughout. Truly a stand-out salon. I also like that they are transparent in pricing. Have left my hair in the magic hands of Jessie and she never disappoints! I went there to get my hair colouring done and I was AMAZED by their amenities and service! Prior the session, I got to enjoy a full body massage along with RF light to prep my scalp. Then, I was greeted to a private room for my colouring service! The staffs were really patient and worked on my hair past the store's opening hours. This has always been one of my favourite salon experiences because they take princess treatment to a whole new level. I was able to pre-book the private pink room for my hair colouring appointment (at no additional charges btw) and I absolutely love the results of this natural and elegant air-touch balayage done by Micheal this time! Best thing about coming here is that they never fail to pamper me with so many complimentary massages, tea and snacks, plus I have never experienced any hard selling of additional services or packages. My hair stylist michael & his partner carmen attended to me during my first visit at chez vous. Michael was very professional and he asked me what i wanted to do with my hair, and i shared with him i wanted to perm, so he recommended the process and the steps that he will do! So i leave it up to him to decide for me, and i am very happy with the end results! Great recommendation on the hair colour as well! Carmen also taught me how to maintain my curls after the perm and how i should take care of my hair and what products i should use! Both were very professional, friendly, sincere and patient! It was my first time at Chez Vous: HideAway and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. I was attended to by Deon and Kelly, who were very attentive throughout, explaining to me what was being done to my hair and for what purpose. During the waiting time, I could order drinks from the menu. I was also treated to a head and hand massage with lavender essential oils. This place is like a total experience! A total pamper house. From massages to tea & pastries that comes with your appointment, the staffs there are nice and very professional. They also do not hard sell or come out with those gimmicky packages which a lot of other salons do!
